1. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable or online course materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been downloaded.
However, if you experience any technical issues preventing access to your course or digital product, please contact us at info@onkesolutions.com and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
2. Services and Subscriptions
For paid service plans (such as web development, hosting, or app support):
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 days of the initial payment date.
Refunds will only be issued if no significant work has been delivered or if a clear technical failure occurred on our side.
Ongoing subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but partial refunds are not issued for unused periods.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by contacting sales@onkesolutions.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Onke Solutions in the following cases:
Duplicate payment or accidental overcharge.
Failure to deliver a service as described.
Unauthorized transaction (with proof).
